Refund policy
We do not provide refunds.
If you don't like an item for any reason (fit, color, or simply changed your mind), email info@shopfabuluxe.com for a Return Authorization number and simply send it back to us within 7 days of delivery. Once your returned goods are received, a store credit code will be issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address provided on the original order. Returns are processed within 5-7 days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Please note that the store credit expires in 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will be deemed final sale.
Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, free of makeup and perfume) with original tags and packaging.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless the return was due to an error on our end.

Incorrect Item Received
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect or damaged item. Please note that you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of order delivery to inform us of the issue. All returned items must be returned within 7 days.
All sale, bodysuits, wigs, swim wear, accessories and promo deals are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
