Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-10 days to receive your order depending on the postal service in your area.  Please note, Fab-u-luxe is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or any other shopping carriers we use, especially during high volume seasons.  Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.  Please refer to projected ship dates provided on the item description and preorder policy.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  Our office, warehouse and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years.  Any orders placed on these days or after cut off on the day before will dispatch the following business day.  Please allow a few more days for delivery during high volume shopping season.  Please rest assured that Fab-u-luxe is working as hard as possible to get your items to you quickly, however your patience is much appreciated.

Pre-order Policy

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.  Expected delivery date will be provided on the pre-order products page. Please note, including a pre-order item with your order will delay your entire order.  To avoid delays it's suggested to place a separate order for a pre-order item.  Contact support if you included a pre-order item with ready to ship items and would like to make new shipping arrangements.  Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

Lost Packages

Fab-u-luxe is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages.  The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued and order shows delivered.  Please double check to ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order.  If you notice any mistakes, please reach out to us before order is shipped.  We are unable to make any changes once order has been dropped off at the carrier.  Customer pays for shipping both ways if the item needs to be sent back.
